The CSU Board of Trustees

The CSU Board of Trustees was established by the Donahoe Higher Education Act of 1960 to "succeed to the powers, duties and functions with respect to the management, administration and control of the state colleges."

The 25-member Board of Trustees meets six times per year. Members are appointed by the governor and confirmed by the State Senate.

Unless otherwise noted, all meetings are held in the Dumke Conference Center, 401 Golden Shore, long Beach, CA 90802
