So what exactly is Chancellor Charles Reed like in person?
In an article published last week in the Chico News and Review, Chico State Professor Dave Waddell writes about his run-in with the notoriously brisk CSU Chancellor.
Waddell writes, “I left my meeting with Reed surprised that such a self-absorbed, uninspiring individual could be in charge of an institution as vital as the CSU. A dozen years later, I’m beyond mystified that he is the best we can do.”
