The Membership and Organizing Committee (M&O) is responsible for monitoring membership growth and chapter development in consultation with the Chapter Presidents Council and the Council of Lecturers. This also includes improving the accuracy of the membership list and recommending programs to increase CFA's membership and organizational strength. M&O is composed of at least four members appointed by the president and one member from the Political Action and Legislative Committee as designated by that Ccmmittee. The committee's chair is elected by the Assembly from the CFA membership. The terms of office are for two years.
