Political clout supports CFA at the bargaining table, and a good contract makes for a stronger union. A strong union commands even more political clout and respect and improves the faculty working conditions and job security. Sponsoring legislation, endorsing and campaigning for candidates and working to support/oppose ballot measures are just a few of the ways CFA members support the CSU.
