CTA/NEA Educators Employment Liability Insurance: No Cost to CFA members, who are automatically eligible to file a claim. Up to $1 million for legal costs and damages assessed for civil suits incurred in the course of employment as an educator. Up to $300,000 per member per occurrence for civil rights issues and not to include other claims. Reimbursement of attorney's fees for defense of criminal charges of up to $35,000 in an employment-related criminal matter. Up to $1,000 of bail bond premium is reimbursable. Up to $500 for personal property damage if you are assaulted on the job.
