CFA Bargaining Survey provides perspective on what matters most to faculty

Faculty: Did you know what you tell us in the 2016 CFA Bargaining Survey directly impacts our contract talks with CSU management?

Last week, we launched the CFA Bargaining Survey, which is available online through 5 pm Dec. 1.

The survey, which includes questions ranging from salary and workload to benefits and tenure density, helps provide critical feedback for the CFA Bargaining Team that’s used in the weeks and months leading into negotiations.

“We are asking all members to take the survey because we use the results as a roadmap for where you want us to go in this next faculty contract,” said Kevin Wehr, Chair of CFA’s Bargaining Team and a Professor at Sacramento State. “We review and compile this data, and it will be key to our work at the bargaining table.”

The survey, available online here, takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Click here to take the CFA Bargaining Survey now.
