Watch launch of national Campaign for the Future of Higher Ed via websteam

Mark your calendars now to take part in the historic launch of the “Campaign for the Future of Higher Education.”

As you may remember, back in January, education leaders from 21 states gathered in Los Angeles to tackle ways to insert the faculty voice from the campuses into the national debate over public higher education. Since, they formed a campaign dedicated to fighting for America’s public higher education institutions. On Wednesday, May 17, the “Campaign for the Future of Higher Education” will launch officially.

The event will be streamed live via the web from the National Press Club in Washington D.C. and CFA invites faculty members to participate.

At 10 am (PDT) on May 17, CFA chapters will host viewing parties of the launch – which will consist of a 30-minute news conference to be followed by a one-hour Q&A with campaign partners across the country.

Contact your campus CFA Chapter for more details. Watch future editions of CFA Headlines for the link to the webstream.
