Meet Your Board Leaders

The CFA Board of Directors oversees the governance of CFA, carries out its policies, and acts on behalf of the membership and the Assembly in consultation with the Council of Presidents, Council of Lecturers, and Council for Racial & Social Justice subject to the limitations of the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, the laws of the State of California, and policies and directives of the Assembly. The CFA Board is composed of 30 faculty members. CFA’s explicit commitment to racial and social justice is demonstrated throughout the organization, including representation of historically underrepresented groups within the Board of Directors.
