CFA Condemns San Diego Mosque Shooting
CFA members are devastated by the horrific shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego yesterday.
No one should fear for their safety at a place of worship or schooling. We condemn Islamophobia in all its forms, both systemic and interpersonal, including acts of violence, hateful rhetoric, and racist structures.
As an anti-racism, social justice union, we show up in solidarity with our Muslim members, students, and community. Our hearts are with all those harmed by this heartbreaking violence, and we are committed to fighting Islamophobia in every part of our lives.
