Higher Education Labor Leaders Gather to Strategize
Higher Education Labor United (HELU) is holding a winter summit February 23 to 27 to coordinate efforts advancing a national agenda for transforming colleges and universities.

Members from CFA’s Asian Pacific Islander and Desi Americans Caucus and Council for Racial & Social Justice will be presenting during the HELU summit.
HELU is a coalition of higher education unions and allies. The summit will focus on three key areas: coordinating the surge of higher education worker organizing across the country, developing federal policy proposals to reverse trends damaging to higher education, and engaging in the political process by educating and working with politicians and candidates who will help democratize higher education.
