Legislation
Each year, the CFA Board of Directors adopts a legislative agenda that includes sponsored and co-sponsored bills that it believes advance the priorities of the members of the organization. In addition, the Political Action/Legislative Committee recommends to the Board positions on several additional pieces of legislation important to the interests of CFA members. The legislative department, in coordination with CFA leaders and members, advocates for these bills in the legislature and with the governor.
