University of Kansas Suspends Due Process
Not wanting to waste a crisis, the University of Kansas Board of Regents passed a policy that suspends due process to allow quick and easy termination of faculty and staff. This is one example of the many employers who are using disaster capitalism in response to COVID-19 disruptions and budget shortfalls.
