It’s Voting Season! In addition to our Strike Authorization Vote, it’s time to cast votes in local, state, and federal contests. Less than a week remains to vote in the November 3, 2026 General Election.

If you haven’t already exercised your right to vote, make a plan to do so. Remind your fellow CFA members, students, family, friends, and community members to vote, too.

The decisions made in this election will affect political conditions for faculty, students, and our communities for years to come.

If you aren’t voting in person, we recommend putting your ballot in a ballot drop box instead of mailing it at this point. Don’t forget to sign your ballot as well.

You can still pledge to vote for our CFA-endorsed propositions and candidates. Please see our voter guide with the full list of endorsements here.

To help with turnout for the General Election and our Strike Authorization Vote, CFA members are holding a virtual phone banking party on Thursday, October 29 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. You can register here.
